This is the same partnership model used on our Sydney-to-Cairns multi-day tour (where specialist operators run activities at each destination), applied to Sydney day tours. Cooee Tours is the customer-facing brand and product packager; contracted Sydney licensed operators deliver the coach, the guide, and the on-ground experience.

All contracted operators are:

• Licensed and insured
• Meet Cooee's quality and safety standards
• ATAS compliant where applicable
• Sydney-based with own coaches and professional guides

Cooee Tours is based in Brisbane (since 1974), Waggie Group company, ATAS accredited.

4. Blue Mountains Day Tour — full day Three Sisters, Katoomba, Scenic World, $139pp
5. Sydney Shopping Tour — full day Pitt Street Mall, Westfield Sydney, DFO Homebush, Paddington, $99pp

Multi-day tours are longer East Coast coach tours that include Sydney as a destination plus additional cities and regions (typically 6-14 days, $2,995-$4,799pp).

Multi-day tour pricing includes 5-13 nights premium accommodation, expert guide throughout, and the depth of an extended coastal journey.

Yes — most Cooee Sydney day tours include CBD hotel pickup as standard via the contracted Sydney operator partner.

Pickup locations are typically major Sydney CBD hotels including:

• QT Sydney
• Hilton Sydney
• Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour
• Pullman Quay Grand
• Similar 4-5 star properties

Specific pickup arrangements and times are confirmed at booking. Guests staying outside the standard pickup zone (e.g. Eastern Suburbs hotels, Manly, North Sydney, suburban areas) can either meet at a central CBD pickup point or arrange private transfer at additional cost.

Drop-off is to the same Sydney CBD pickup zone at tour end.

Yes — Sydney day tours are particularly well suited to solo travellers:

Cooee Sydney day tour cancellation policy (as administered through our contracted Sydney operator partners):

• 48+ hours before tour departure: full refund
• 24-48 hours before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before departure: no refund

Some tours (notably Blue Mountains full-day and Food & Wine evening tours) may have 72-hour cancellation windows due to higher operator commitments.

Specific cancellation terms confirmed at booking. Travel insurance recommended but not compulsory for single-day Sydney tours.

Cooee's Sydney City Highlights tour includes an exterior visit to the Sydney Opera House and Bennelong Point with photo composition opportunities.

For interior tours of the Sydney Opera House (the famous 1-hour Opera House Tour, Backstage Tour, Tour & Tasting, or Tour & Dine experiences), the only authorised operator is the Sydney Opera House Trust at sydneyoperahouse.com — these are bookable directly with the Trust.

No — BridgeClimb Sydney is the only authorised licensed operator of the Sydney Harbour Bridge climb experience, operating under exclusive licence from the NSW Government since 1998.

Cooee Tours can include a BridgeClimb Sydney experience as a paid add-on to any Sydney day tour or multi-day tour:
