Red Centre 3-Day Tour
Three days, three extraordinary landscapes — Uluru at sunrise and sunset, the domes of Kata Tjuta and the walls of Kings Canyon, with respect for Anangu culture.
Red Centre 3-Day Tour
Three days, three of Australia’s most extraordinary landscapes. This tour brings together Uluru — at sunrise, at sunset and on the base walk — the great domes of Kata Tjuta, and the sheer walls of Kings Canyon in Watarrka, with the early starts, the long desert drives and the park pass all handled. We travel with respect for Anangu culture and the Tjukurpa that shapes this Country. Family-owned since 1974, tailored and quoted per enquiry.
What to Expect
Sunrise & Base Walk
First light on the rock, then the flat base loop past waterholes and art.
Valley of the Winds
Walk among the great domes of the Olgas, an hour to the west.
The Rim Walk
Sheer sandstone and lookouts high above the gorge in Watarrka.
Driving & Park Entry
Transfers, the long drives and the park passes all taken care of.

Red Centre 3-Day Tour — FAQ
What does the Red Centre 3-day tour cover?
The great trio of the southern NT — Uluru at sunrise and sunset and its base walk, the domes of Kata Tjuta, and Kings Canyon in Watarrka — with transfers, driving and park entry handled. Tailored and quoted per enquiry — get in touch.
Can you climb Uluru on the tour?
No. Out of respect for the Anangu Traditional Owners, for whom Uluru is deeply sacred, the climb was permanently closed in October 2019. We experience Uluru on foot at the base and from the viewing areas — far more rewarding.
Where do you stay?
Most itineraries base you at Yulara (Ayers Rock Resort) near Uluru, with accommodation to suit your group. See where to stay in Yulara. We tailor the plan and quote per enquiry.
Is three days enough for the Red Centre?
Three days is a comfortable amount for Uluru, Kata Tjuta and Kings Canyon without rushing, and leaves room for the Cultural Centre or Field of Light (check current details). See how many days at Uluru.
Is there a park entry fee?
Yes — Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park charges an entry fee (a multi-day pass), and Kings Canyon sits in Watarrka. We arrange park requirements as part of your tour — check current details.
