Our prices are all-inclusive: luxury Mercedes coach transport, professional guide, all attraction entry fees, meals as specified (usually morning tea and a hearty regional lunch), and bottled water throughout the journey. No hidden costs. Some tours include premium extras like wine tastings, cocktail demonstrations or souvenir inclusions — check individual tour descriptions or call us to confirm.
Standard bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund, minus any non-refundable third-party fees. Cancellations 24–48 hours before departure receive a 50% refund. We also guarantee 100% refunds for any illness-related cancellations where you provide documentation — your peace of mind matters to us. Group and private charter bookings have separate terms.
Standard coach tours accommodate 20–50 passengers in our full-size Mercedes coaches. Premium small-group tours are capped at 12–16 guests for a more intimate experience. Wine and distillery tours usually run 16–24 people. Private charters are available for any group size from 10 to 100+ across our fleet of various-size vehicles.
Absolutely — most tours are specifically designed with seniors in mind. Our coaches have low-entry steps with handrails, wide aisles, comfortable reclining seats with extra legroom, and smooth suspension. Tours run at a relaxed pace with regular comfort stops every 90 minutes or so. Our guides are trained in providing assistance. Please contact us before booking to discuss specific individual needs, and we'll do everything possible to accommodate you.
We offer multiple convenient pickup points across the Gold Coast including Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Main Beach, Burleigh Heads, and key shopping centres. Brisbane CBD and suburban pickups are available for selected tours. Exact pickup locations and times are confirmed in your booking confirmation. Premium door-to-door pickup is also available for an additional fee — ideal for larger groups or seniors who prefer the convenience.
Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing in layers (coaches are air-conditioned), SPF 50+ sunscreen, a wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, and a light jacket for cool venues. Bottled water is provided but a refillable bottle is handy. Bring a camera or smartphone and any personal medications. For wine and distillery tours, bring photo ID if you appear under 25. For nature tours, insect repellent and a light rain jacket are recommended.
