We strongly recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance for major events (F1 Grand Prix, Bathurst 1000, MotoGP) to secure premium grandstand seating, guaranteed pit lane access, and the best viewing positions. Corporate hospitality suites often sell out 6 to 12 months before the event. Early bookings receive priority coach seating selection and the best accommodation options for overnight packages.

Cancellations 60+ days before the event receive 80% refund. Cancellations 30 to 59 days before receive 50% refund. Cancellations less than 30 days before are typically non-refundable unless we can resell your booking. If events are officially cancelled or significantly altered by race organisers, you qualify for a full refund or flexible rebooking to an equivalent event. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
