Cancellations more than 14 days before the event receive full refund minus $25 processing fee. Cancellations 7-14 days prior receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but can be transferred to another event (subject to availability and price differences). We strongly recommend travel insurance for added protection. COVID-related cancellations have special provisions.

Absolutely! Package upgrades are available subject to availability. Simply contact us at least 7 days before the event and we'll arrange the upgrade with payment of the difference. Popular upgrades include moving from Grounds to Ringside, or adding hospitality dining to existing packages. Some upgrades may have limited availability for sold-out events.

Yes, our Hospitality Suite packages can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher, and other dietary needs. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another event with no penalties. If just one fight on the card is cancelled but the event proceeds, refunds are at promoter discretion. We always notify customers immediately of any event changes via SMS and email.

The Hospitality Suite package includes premium beverages (beer, wine, soft drinks) for the duration of your dining experience (typically 2-3 hours). Other packages include a welcome drink only.
