Yes — and this is how many of our best WA trips are structured. A popular combination is a Rottnest Island overnight followed by the 3-day Margaret River Food & Wine journey. Others pair the Perth Golf Experience with a Swan Valley wine day. We design multi-stage WA itineraries all the time and handle all logistics between each tour — transfers, accommodation, reservations. Tell us how many days you have and what interests you and we'll design a circuit.

For small-group tours in peak season (December–January and April harvest), book 3–6 months ahead — popular departures do sell out. For private tours, 6–8 weeks is usually sufficient. For Kimberley adventures (May–September dry season), book 4–6 months ahead as the season is short and highly sought after. We always recommend enquiring as early as possible even if your dates aren't finalised — we can hold provisional space while you plan.

Every tour we run — from a Rottnest Island day trip to the Kimberley — is available as a private departure with your own vehicle and guide. Private tours allow full itinerary customisation, flexible timing and access to experiences we can't offer in a group setting. Corporate groups, incentive travel programs, milestone celebrations and family reunions are all well-served by our private tour options. Contact us with your group size and preferences.

The Margaret River Food & Wine Tour is a deep-dive into one region — premium cellar door access, private barrel tastings, chef-led long lunches and artisan food producers. It's about the full gourmet experience within Margaret River specifically. The WA Wine Regions Tour covers all six WA wine regions — from Swan Valley day trips to Great Southern multi-day explorations. It's the right starting point if you want to understand the breadth of WA wine rather than go deep on a single region.

Yes — and solo travellers consistently tell us that our small-group format is the best way they've found to travel solo in Australia. With a maximum of 12 guests per group, you travel with a small, convivial group rather than disappearing into a coach tour. Single supplements apply on accommodation-inclusive tours — contact us and we'll advise on the most cost-effective way to structure a solo WA trip.

Most WA tours run year-round, with seasonal highlights shaping when each is at its best. Rottnest Island and Perth tours operate 365 days. Margaret River wine tours run year-round with March–April harvest as the premium season. Golf tours are year-round. The Kimberley runs May–September only (dry season). Albany whale watching runs June–November. Wildflower tours run September–October. We're happy to advise on the best timing for any tour based on your preferred travel dates.
