Payment, Cancellation & Tour Terms

All payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment gateway using bank-grade encryption. Card details are tokenised securely by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers. You'll receive a payment receipt by email immediately after every transaction, including balance payments.
🔄 Cancellations & Changes
We understand plans change. Amendment and cancellation terms vary by tour type, region, and time until departure. To change or cancel, contact us at bookings@cooeetours.com.au or call 0409 661 342 as soon as possible.
Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions. International tours typically have stricter cancellation terms than domestic. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical and personal cancellations.

Most Cooee Tours operate rain or shine — coaches are fully enclosed and comfortable in all conditions. In the event of severe weather or safety concerns that require cancellation, we'll contact all guests directly to reschedule or arrange a full refund. Passenger safety always comes first.
👥 Group & Charter Bookings
Groups of 10+, private charters, school excursions, seniors' clubs, corporate events, and NDIS group tours have dedicated booking processes and pricing across all three regions. Contact us with your group size, preferred dates, and tour type. We'll confirm availability and provide a tailored proposal within one business day.

The deposit option is offered on most multi-day and international tours. Day tours typically require full payment at booking. The exact deposit amount displays on the booking page before you confirm.
If we cannot process your balance payment, we'll email you immediately with instructions to update your payment method. Our team will follow up by phone if needed. We retry payments after 24 and 48 hours. Your booking remains confirmed during this window — we'll work with you to resolve it before your departure date.
