About the Program
Custom corporate experiences, not generic packages
Most team building offerings are template-based: pick an activity from a catalogue, show up, hope it works. Our approach is the opposite. Every program starts with a brief — your industry context, team composition, current dynamics, business objectives, accessibility needs, and budget reality. From there, our corporate team designs a program that uses one or more of our six activity categories, delivered by our own facilitators with the right venue partners.
Cooee Tours delivers corporate team building programs nationally through our own facilitator team and event coordinators, who travel with the program. Activities are delivered at vetted venue partners (escape rooms, adventure parks, scavenger hunt locations, restaurants) and our direct-operated spaces (wine regions, heritage venues, coastal sites). All venues meet Cooee's safety, quality, and insurance standards. You deal with one Cooee coordinator from initial brief through post-event debrief — one point of contact, one invoice, ATAS-accredited consumer protection.

Cooee Tours delivers programs through our own facilitator team and event coordinators who travel with the program. Activities are delivered at vetted venue partners (escape rooms, adventure parks, scavenger hunt locations) and direct-operated spaces (wine regions, heritage venues, coastal sites). All venues meet our safety, quality, and insurance standards. You deal with one Cooee coordinator from initial brief through post-event debrief, with ATAS-accredited consumer protection.
What's the minimum group size?
Most programs require a minimum of 10 people. Escape room series can run with as few as 6. Larger formats (custom retreats, government programs) suit groups of 20-200+. We design each program around your actual headcount rather than forcing teams into fixed packages.
Do you handle accessibility, dietary, and cultural requirements?
Yes. Every program brief begins with a needs assessment covering accessibility (wheelchair access, hearing/vision considerations, mobility), dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free, allergies), and cultural sensitivities. Our Healthcare and Government packages are designed accessibility-first; other packages can be adapted. We work with venue partners who meet WCAG and Australian Disability Discrimination Act compliance standards.
How does proposal, quote, and procurement work?
Send us a brief (group size, dates, location, budget range, objectives) and we respond within 24 hours with a tailored proposal. We provide:

• Vendor onboarding paperwork (NDA, insurance certificates, WHS documentation, Modern Slavery declarations) for enterprise and government buyers
Standard payment terms: 30% deposit, balance net 30 post-event.
What's the cancellation and postponement policy?
Full refund for cancellations 30+ days before event. 50% refund for 14-30 days. No refund within 14 days, but date changes accommodated subject to availability. Force majeure (extreme weather, government health directives) triggers full reschedule rights. ATAS-accredited consumer protection applies to every booking. Full terms provided in proposal.
Can you accommodate hybrid teams (remote and in-person)?
Yes. Several formats include a hybrid mode where remote team members participate via video link — typically GPS scavenger hunts with virtual teammates, wine tastings with shipped sample kits, and facilitated workshops with hybrid breakout rooms. We can also run sequential events for distributed teams (Brisbane day for east coast, Perth day for west coast) coordinated as one program.
How do you measure team building outcomes?
For Financial Services and Government programs we offer optional pre-event and post-event team-health surveys benchmarked against industry norms (psychological safety, manager confidence, peer trust). Standard programs include a 30-minute facilitator debrief with the organiser, capturing observed dynamics, group themes, and recommended follow-up actions. We don't pretend team building solves cultural issues — but the debrief surfaces useful management signal.
