Both are direct-operated where indicated, both include dedicated coordinators, and both come with ATAS-accredited consumer protection. Tour purchases are extended through our Cooee Wine concierge service for shipping, cellaring, and ongoing curated selections.

Choose Group (from $139pp, min 8 guests) for celebrations, hen's parties, corporate events, family reunions, and any group of 8+ where per-person value matters. How far in advance should I book?
Private tours: 2-4 weeks for peak seasons (March-May, September-November). 4-6 weeks for exclusive winery access like the Penfolds Ultimate Experience or Henschke's Hill of Grace Experience.
Group tours: 4-6 weeks, especially for:
• Christmas party season (October-December)
• EOFY corporate events (April-June)
• Bridal & hens season (March-May, September-November)
• Granite Belt spring (September-November)
