The ultimate hens wine day — start with Mount Tamborine's intimate boutique cellar doors in the morning, then move to the grand estate experience of the Scenic Rim for a sit-down two-course lunch at a winery restaurant with views over the valley. Five venues, two completely different wine worlds.

Your guide arrives at your door — hotel, Airbnb, or agreed meeting point. Chilled sparkling water on the bus for the morning drive, and a sparkling wine for the bride-to-be. The guide introduces the day's plan and asks what everyone is hoping to drink.

First cellar door — Cedar Creek Estate
A full tasting paddle of the winery's range, led by the guide who explains what you're tasting without making it feel like a lecture. The resident peacocks and creek-side setting give this one a beautiful natural feel. Opportunity to buy bottles before you leave.

Second cellar door — Witches Falls Winery
The best view on the mountain. Tasting paddles on the deck overlooking the full valley. Their award-winning sparkling rosé is a consistent crowd favourite with hens groups — the perfect pre-lunch pour.

Winery lunch — Scenic Rim estate
A two-course sit-down lunch at a Scenic Rim estate restaurant, with matched wine pours from the cellar door. This is the centrepiece of the day — the guide steps back and lets the group enjoy themselves. The bride gets a small birthday/celebration acknowledgement from the venue.

Two more tastings at Scenic Rim estates, with time to browse the cellar door shops and pick up bottles to take home. The guide adjusts pace based on energy — some groups want a long session, others prefer a quicker taste-and-move.

Drop-off back in Brisbane
Return journey to Brisbane with your wine purchases secured in the vehicle storage. Your guide will help unload and say goodbye. Most groups head out for dinner or drinks in Brisbane — ask your guide for a recommendation that fits the mood.

We recommend 4–6 weeks in advance for weekend dates, as Friday and Saturday hens tours sell out fastest. Midweek dates are typically available with 1–2 weeks' notice. If your preferred date is full, we'll add you to a waiting list — cancellations do happen.
Yes. Every winery has non-alcoholic grape juices, sparkling drinks, and artisan products for guests who don't drink. The food, scenery, and atmosphere make the day enjoyable regardless of alcohol preferences. Several of our most enthusiastic regulars don't drink wine at all.
On private tours, yes. We can arrange a personalised welcome banner, coordinated glasses, a chilled bottle of sparkling wine on board, a personalised bride sash, and other additions. Let us know at booking — the more detail you give us, the better we can surprise the bride.
