At the peninsula’s far southern tip, Deep Creek is where the Fleurieu turns wild. The largest patch of natural bush left on the southern Fleurieu, it folds eucalypt forest, deep gullies and a hidden waterfall down to a coastline of dramatic cliffs, with Kangaroo Island shimmering across the Backstairs Passage. For walkers and nature lovers, it’s the perfect counterpoint to the cellar doors up north.

Where is Deep Creek National Park?
