Redeem at Checkout
When booking, the recipient enters their unique voucher code at checkout. Any remaining balance can be paid by credit card. Vouchers can be used in full or part across multiple bookings.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Voucher Conditions
- Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers are redeemable on any Cooee Tours day tour or multi-day holiday, including seasonal and specialty tours.
- Vouchers may be used in full or part — any unused balance remains on the voucher for future use within the validity period.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers are transferable — they can be gifted or passed to another person.
- If the tour cost exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid at the time of booking.
- Vouchers cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
- Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers cannot be replaced or extended.
- Vouchers are subject to tour availability at the time of redemption — all bookings must meet standard booking conditions.

Immediately after purchase, we email a beautifully designed PDF voucher to the email address you provide. You can forward this email to the recipient, or download and print it to give as a physical gift card.
Yes! If you'd like to give a voucher for a specific tour (e.g., the Tamborine Mountain wine tour), just let us know when purchasing and we'll note it on the voucher. The recipient can still use it on any tour if they prefer something different — the value never expires within the 3-year period.
If the tour costs less, the remaining balance stays on the voucher for future bookings. If the tour costs more, the recipient simply pays the difference at checkout by credit card or bank transfer.
Yes — one voucher can be applied to a booking for multiple people, covering part or all of the total cost. Multiple vouchers can also be combined on a single booking.
Yes. Call us on 0409 661 342 Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST, and we'll process your voucher purchase over the phone and email the PDF straight away.
Expired vouchers cannot be extended under our standard terms. We recommend purchasing close to when the recipient plans to travel, or choosing a higher-value voucher so they have the flexibility to use it across multiple tours over the 3-year validity period.
