The Jacaranda Festival day tour
Our one scheduled Grafton product, running on selected days from Friday 30 October to Sunday 8 November 2026. One coach collects from the Sunshine Coast through Brisbane to the Gold Coast, runs a guided loop of the tree streets on arrival, leaves the middle of the day free at the festival, and stops at See Park on the way out. Morning tea included; lunch at your own expense.

Each departure region has its own booking in Rezdy, our online system, which adds its own transaction fee at checkout. Seats are confirmed on payment; our booking conditions apply. All scheduled departures require passengers who can board unaided and walk unassisted on uneven ground; mobility aids need a special vehicle arranged as a separate booking. Groups, clubs and private charters
Ten or more travelling together can be held as a block on a scheduled day. Thirty or more usually suits a dedicated coach from a pickup of your choosing anywhere between the Sunshine Coast and the Tweed, on a date of your choosing, with the itinerary adjusted: the Blossom long lunch if tickets are available, an overnight at Yamba or Maclean to see See Park lit, or a second day on the coast. Larger charters are handled by Cooee Coach Charters, our Waggie Group sister company. Use the contact form with the date, numbers and starting point.
Grafton and the Clarence outside the festival
We do not run a scheduled Grafton tour outside the jacaranda season, but the valley suits a charter at any time of year: the heritage precinct, the river, Yamba and Iluka, and the road west through the Washpool and Gibraltar Range parks. Garden clubs, probus groups and camera clubs are the usual passengers. Ask.
Pair it with the Carnival of Flowers
Toowoomba's Carnival of Flowers closes on 5 October 2026 and Grafton's trees open three weeks later. Our Carnival day tours from Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast use the same pickup points.

Questions people ask before they go
Which Grafton tours does Cooee run?
One scheduled product, the Jacaranda Festival day tour, from Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast on selected days from 30 October to 8 November 2026, plus private charters year-round.
Is it one coach for all three regions?
Yes by default: Maroochydore, Caboolture, Chermside, Brisbane CBD and Helensvale in that order, then Grafton. When a date fills we add a coach and split the route.
Do you run overnight tours to Grafton?
Not as a scheduled product. A private charter for thirty or more can include an overnight at Yamba or Maclean.
