Where can you see whales on the Capricorn Coast?

On a whale-watching cruise from Rosslyn Bay out into Keppel Bay, and sometimes from headland lookouts like Wreck Point at Cooee Bay. The islands and bay are on the humpbacks’ migration path.

What whales will I see?

Mostly humpback whales — breaching, tail-slapping and, later in the season, mothers with calves. Dolphins, turtles and seabirds are common sightings too.
