Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the Deluxe Experience

What makes the Deluxe Experience different from the Classic day tour?

The Deluxe Experience is our premium small-group Carnival tour. On top of the Classic inclusions, you get a relaxed two-course café lunch, three to four gardens instead of two, a guided city tour of the Garden City, and an optional stop at a boutique café or local producer on the journey home (time permitting). Smaller numbers mean more space, more flexibility and a more personal day.

How many gardens does the Deluxe Experience visit?

Three to four, depending on the day's program — typically Queens Park Botanic Gardens and Laurel Bank Park plus one or two additional gardens such as the Ju Raku En Japanese Gardens or a Garden Competition display garden.

Is lunch included?

Yes — a two-course lunch at a quality Toowoomba café is included in the Deluxe Experience, featuring fresh Darling Downs produce. Dietary requirements are happily catered for; just let us know when you book.

How big is the group?

The Deluxe Experience runs with a smaller group than our Classic tours, so there's more room on board, easier photo stops and a more personal experience with your guide.

Where does the Deluxe Experience depart from?

Departure points are confirmed with your booking — Brisbane departures run throughout the festival, with Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast departures available on selected dates. Call us on 0409 661 342 to check dates for your preferred pickup.

When should I book?

Early — with a smaller group size, the Deluxe Experience has the most limited seats of all our Carnival tours and popular dates fill quickly, especially around the Grand Central Floral Parade weekend.

Experience the Carnival, Elevated

Small-group seats on the Deluxe Experience are strictly limited. From $159 per person including two-course lunch — 18 September to 5 October 2026.
