Overview

The Sunshine Coast is home to some of Queensland's best golf courses — championship layouts, resort-style gems, and relaxed local clubs, all set against a backdrop of hinterland mountains, river corridors, and coastal breezes. Our Golfing Tours take the hassle out of planning: we handle transport, tee-time bookings, and green fees so you can focus on your game.

Choose a single-course day tour or a multi-day package that pairs two or three courses with accommodation. Whether you're a social golfer looking for a fun day out, a group of mates organising a golf trip, or a corporate team building event, we'll tailor a tour to suit your handicap and your schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to bring my own golf clubs?

No. Quality hire sets are available at every course (approx. $50–$70). Just let us know when booking and we'll arrange them in advance. You're also welcome to bring your own — we have plenty of vehicle space.

Are tours suitable for beginners?

Yes. We'll match you to a course that suits your level — some of the Coast's layouts are forgiving and ideal for newer players. If you'd like a lesson before your round, we can arrange a session with a local PGA professional.

Can I book a private or corporate tour?

Absolutely. Corporate days, mates' trips, and private groups are our speciality. We handle everything — transport, tee times, carts, catering, and even prizes if you want a competitive format. Contact us for a tailored quote.

Which course should I choose?

It depends on what you're after. For a premium resort experience, Noosa Springs or Palmer Coolum. For a challenging championship test, Headland. For a relaxed social round, Maroochy River or Caloundra. Tell us your handicap and preferences and we'll recommend the best fit.

What if it rains?

Light rain is common and courses remain open. If heavy rain or storms make play unsafe, we'll reschedule to an alternative date or offer a full refund. Multi-day packages have built-in flexibility for weather adjustments.

Can I play more than one course in a day?

A single round of 18 holes typically fills a day comfortably with travel, warm-up, and a clubhouse lunch. If you'd like to play 36 holes, we can arrange two shorter 9-hole rounds at different courses — contact us to discuss.

Do you cater for non-golfers in the group?

Yes. Several courses (especially Noosa Springs) have spas, restaurants, and lounges where non-playing partners can relax while you're on the course. We can also combine a golf day with one of our other Sunshine Coast tours for non-golfers in the group.

How do I book?

Use the "Enquire & Book Now" button above, call us on 07 0000 0000, or email info@cooeetours.com.au. A 20% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 7 days before your tee date.
